Hey y’all!

I can’t believe it’s been five years since the release of my self-titled Nashville debut album.

I remember how amazed I was during the process of making this album and how the time of the recording and working with the wonderful musicians flew by, even tough I stayed in Nashville for 3 months! Beforehand I told myself to take it all in and enjoy every second because you would never know if an opportunity like this would come along again. I’m very blessed and thankful that it did and that I’m now close to releasing my third album with Fred Vail, Chris Leuzinger and the other guys. And with every album I still tell myself the same thing. Enjoy it and take it all in and it is the hardest thing to find time to do just that!

On this anniversary I can say I am still proud of this CD and what it has brought me including my first Dutch CMA Award for song of the year ‘What’s That Cowgirl See In Me’ and a European Promo Tour.

Lots of songs with a lot of meaning such as ‘Saving That For You’ and ‘Back To Me’ and Radio singles like ‘Barbed Wire’ and ‘Somebody Up There Likes Me’.

For any of you who haven’t heard the album yet, it’s still available on iTunes, Spotify etc and I even have some hard copies left for purchase. Just send me a message if you’re interested.

Love to all!

Mark
